RodiFix Pro² i-Size

My daughter is very happy with the seat, it’s smart, compact and everything we wanted. Not tried out on a long car ride yet so can’t comment.

We got the chair last week for our 5.5 years old. We chose it based on Adac score and the fact that it has a recline position. Unfortunately the headrest and sides are very noisy, it feels like cheap plastic and the elements move quite easily if touched and during the car ride. We plan to return it to the store we got it from tomorrow and choose another brand. This is our first Maxi cos product and in comparison to other brands we used so far, we see a huge difference in quality an not a positive one.

Bought this a few months ago and it was doing an adequate job . Last week a very messy "accident" meant I needed to remove the seat cover to wash . Despite having washing instructions which suggests this is is perfectly OK to do , it is impossible to re-fit the seat cover . From another 1 star review we are clearly not the only people to meet this obstacle .

Silla premium, mi hijo está encantado. Fácil de poner con el isofix, es cómoda y elegante. Merece la pena esta inversión por la alta seguridad que ofrece y por el hecho de que se usará por bastantes años.

Really easy to use car seat. It does require some assembly, which if you follow the instructions can be straightforward. The seat is smart, looks comfortable and is easy to secure q child in.

Lightweight but solid and good colour choice. Neat feature for reclining, if a little tricky to engage when small person is sitting in the seat. Small person loves it.

Easy to install, comfy car seat! My 3 year old is very comfortable in this car seat, although it’s tricky because she keeps slipping the seatbelt under her arm and there’s no way to lock this in place to prevent her doing it! The recline option is great and her head is supported when she falls asleep.

Sehr gut verarbeitet. Beste "Schlafposition" auf dem Markt bietet. Gurtführung ist am Hals etwas fummelig. Sitzfläche recht lang für kleine (Holzkreuz).

Ho acquistato il seggiolino auto dal sito. La consegna è stata puntuale e ben tracciata. Il seggiolino è molto funzionale e adatto al nostro bimbo che ormai stava stretto nel seggiolino precedente. Il tessuto è ottimo e sembra molto resistente. Si chiude con la cintura di sicurezza: è perciò pratico e veloce; ha comunque la sicurezza dell’attacco isofix. Lo consiglio per un acquisto sul lungo periodo.

Le siège est comfortable et même l'enfant peut s'endormir pendant un long voyage. Un petit support gonflable pour appuyer les pieds au voyages serait utile.

Liked the recline function. Really easy to fit and assemble, looks good, lightweight so easy to move between cars. However, there is little to no padding in the seat base which my child was moaning about after only an hour in the car as she was very uncomfortable.

I bought this just over a month ago, so thought I would provide some feedback. The seat arrives in a simple box and there is nothing too complicated about putting it together. There are two pieces that connect quicte easily and you are basically ready to go. I would recommend carrying the seat from the bottom as it can potentially disconnect if you grab it from the head rest. Ive used many Maxi Cosi products, and this has the same excellent build quality as the others. The seat has excellent cushioning and the plastic parts feel solid. The seat has ISOFIX connectors which make it very straightforward to connect. Where you potentially run into an issue is the seat belt connection. In the past I have always used a car seat with straps built into the seat, so this was a new experience of wrapping around the actual car seat belt. THe connection via the seat is easy enough to set up, but because of either the width of my car or the width of the seat, plugging the seatbelt into the car holster proves to be difficult everytime as its always a very tight squeeze. This could just be a personal issue with the size of the gap between the isofix and the seatbelt Plug, but does mean that it is always a challenge to get my son into his seat, which is especially an issue when rushing for school. Aside from that the seat itself is very comfortable and tilting mechanism works very well. Overall i'd recommend, but if you have a bad back or have an issue with stretching, i might avoid due to the seatbelt connection issue

We've had this seat installed in the car for a little while now, we have 2 cars so this is our second seat and it is great. The only thing I feel negative about is that there is not much head support when my son falls asleep. The actual quality of the seat is fantastic, very comfy, easy to use and very simple to attach to isofix.

Almost impossible to fasten the seat belt. The positioning of the Isofix support hides the buckle branch of the seat belt and makes it disappear under the rear seat. As a result it is almost impossible to fasten the seat belt, despite being a rather spacious car (BMW 3). The product is, in fact, unusable. one star rating is far too generous. I don't know how such a product can be approved. It is the third maxi-cosi seat that I purchase for my daughter and the first two (babies and small children) were excellent products. but this seat is a huge flop. Never again. I need to look for another product

The Maxi-Cosi Rodifix Pro2 i-size has everything you need in a car seat. It was easy to install with the isofix and light to move from one car to another. Great safety features with the G-cell side impact protection and air protect safety cushions and looks smart in the car. A bonus to this seat is the recline feature as my 4 year old son still falls asleep on car journeys and looks a lot more comfortable in this car seat than the one we had before. The instructions were quite basic but the maxi-cosi website has short videos for all the functions which was a great help. Maxi Cosi always seem to impress me with their car seats and I would highly recommend this seat.

It's super easy to use and light in weight compared to the one I have replaced. One of the key components which is ideal for me is, it's is super easy to take it apart and put it into my boot. No screws no bolts, just a matter of laying it flat and the base comes off. Very well made with the adjustments. The most important part is it does the job of keeping my son safe and he loves it too.

I bought this car seat about 5 weeks ago for my nearly 4 year old. The isofix is simple to use, both to put the seat in and remove it. One of the reasons for choosing this seat was that it has no armrests. So many times I see the seatbelt routed incorrectly around booster seat armrests and I wanted to eliminate the risk of this should anyone else be strapping my son in. I love this seat, it seems well built and very safe. Also seems resistant to stains which out old carseat wasn't, it would look filthy again within days of washing it. This one is still looking perfectly clean after 5 weeks. The only reason for not giving five stars is because I think the seat area could be more padded and the adjustable sides keep popping out and I'd prefer to keep them popped in while my son is so young and slim.

Wir benutzen diesen Stuhl schon seit 2 Monaten, alles passt mit Ausnahme des Stoffes der Kopfstütze. Sie hält sich einfach nicht fest und rutscht ständig von der Kopfstütze ab. Ich musste es mit Klebeband befestigen und dann den Stoff mit Schrauben zusätzlich einschrauben. Es ist se hr schade, dass keine Haken vorgesehen sind und der Stoff nicht hält.
